Add photos

Pick photos from your library or from Files in the app, or share them from another app and choose Image Simple in the Share sheet. A batch can hold up to 500 photos.

Reduce the size of photos

Choose a target size or a quality level, then check the estimate before you start. Sizes are always “about”: the real size depends on the photo. The presets (Email/form, Marketplace, For Windows, Web, Archive) set sensible values in one tap.

Remove the location

Open the metadata tool and choose Remove location only to delete the GPS position, or Remove all to delete every field. Remove all keeps orientation and colour profile so the photo is not turned or discoloured.

Watermarks

The visible watermark (text or logo) adjusts its contrast to stay readable on any photo. The invisible watermark is a proof of origin, not copy protection. The Verify screen reads invisible watermarks and shows Content Credentials (C2PA) if a photo has them. It never signs or edits credentials.

Formats

Input: HEIC, JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, GIF, BMP, DNG and PDF pages. Output: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF and PDF. WebP output depends on your system version.

Shortcuts

Image Simple adds actions to the Shortcuts app. Open Shortcuts, add a new shortcut and search for Image Simple.
